Delivery Costs
We are based in Northriding, Gauteng and offer free delivery on orders over R595 within Gauteng. Orders under R595 will be charged a delivery fee of R75.
We offer free delivery outside of Gauteng for orders over R995. Orders under R995 will be charged a fee of R175.
Despatch of Orders
Orders are despatched within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If there are any delays with stock availability then we will inform you of the delay and also of the expected date we will have that item back in stock if this is known. You can then decide if the wait will be acceptable or if you prefer to swap for another item or cancel the order.
You will then receive confirmation from Pawing it Forward that your order is on the way.

Courier Delivery
Courier delivery takes an estimated 1-3 business days depending on the delivery address with estimated 3-5 business days if you are outside of Gauteng. Remote areas can take longer depending on the schedule the courier in a remote area is working with. The courier might only deliver to remote areas on a certain day of the week.
Please note that estimated courier times are from date of despatch and not date of payment.
Delivery times are estimates and we can not be responsible for any delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances when the courier cannot get to your area. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order and can track the progress of your delivery online.
Our courier is unable to delivery to PO boxes / Postnet.

Collection of Orders
Collection from our Northriding warehouse can be arranged within 1-2 days after payment. We will email you first to confirm your order is ready and confirm the collection address.

Delivery Address
The delivery address must be a daytime address where the courier can deliver during business hours Monday – Friday. We cannot specify a time of delivery but we can ask the courier to deliver on a certain day from Monday – Friday. If you would like delivery on a specific day then please make a note of this on ordering or email us at info@pawingitforward.co.za on the same day of ordering so we can note on your parcel that you would like a specific day for delivery. Please note that this might cause a delay to your delivery while the courier waits for your chosen day to deliver your order.
If the courier cannot deliver to your address after two failed attempts then a R250 charge will apply to reroute your order either back to our warehouse or to deliver to your address again.
Payments
Payments are facilitated by Payfast, our secure payment processing partner.
Payments can also be made via EFT if this is preferred. Please email us at orders@pawingitforward.co.za to arrange.
Returns
If you have ordered an incorrect item we are happy for you to return it to us for a refund. The item must be sent back to Pawing it Forward for a refund within 7 days of receipt of the item by the customer. The cost to return the item is for the customers account. We can only except products back if they are in a new and re-saleable condition. Packaging must be intact and no seals broken. Refunds will only be done once the item is received back into our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed and will incur a 4% transaction fee.
If you have received a product that is defective then please contact us at orders@pawingitfoward.co.za to inform us of the issue. We will arrange with the supplier to assess the product and either offer a refund or repair if appropriate. If the item is found to be not defective but has been used incorrectly then we are unable to offer a refund and the customer will be liable for any delivery costs for the item to be sent back to them.Â
Please note that we cannot except returns on items that have been handled incorrectly, misused, suffered negligence or tampered/ altered in anyway, have accessories missing or have suffered general wear and tear. All packaging, information leaflets and warranty cards must be returned with any returned item.Â
General Shopping Information
Please note that the purchase of any product from our store is done at the buyers/ users own risk.
We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury from the use of any of our products and the buyer / user hold Pawing it Forward harmless in respect of such.Â
Pawing it Forward reserves the right to change, amend or delete any of the content contained in the store. While we make every reasonable effort to keep available stock listed on this site we do rely on suppliers to keep us updated on their stock availability. If a product is not available from our supplier we will inform the customer immediately and resolve to find another suitable product or offer a refund. If the customer decides on a different product that is more expensive than the original product then the difference must be paid by the customer.
